34 Brecon Road

34 Brecon Road is a two-storey building with a shop on the right side and a house on the left, constructed in a double depth plan. The exterior is fully rendered and painted, topped with a natural slate roof and featuring red brick chimneys. The front has four windows, with the ground floor showcasing a double shop front on the right. This shop front includes an overall cornice, simple pilasters, six-pane shop windows, and a recessed central six-panel door that has four glazed panels. To the left, there is a similar pilastered surround for a recessed six-panel house door, accompanied by a six over six pane sash window. Above, there are four six over six pane sash windows set in plain reveals, with the left-hand windows being positioned deeper and closer together. The building has plain eaves and a moderately pitched roof with rebuilt gable stacks. The right return features a first-floor rear window, while the rear elevation has not been inspected. The interior was also not inspected during the resurvey.
