Description
15 Church Street is a three-storey building with a rendered and painted front, likely over brick, and a roof that is not visible from the street. The building features a double depth plan and has four windows. On the ground floor, there is a shop doorway on the left, which includes a part glazed door with an overlight and reeded pilasters. The shopfront is framed by panelled pilasters, with a plain stall-riser and fascia, and double doors on the right leading to a rear entry. The first floor has plain 6 over 6 pane sash windows, while the second floor features 3 over 6 pane sash windows. The building is topped with a plain coped parapet. The rear elevation is not visible. The interior was not accessible during the resurvey, except for the shop premises.
