Description
13 Church Street is a three-storey building with a single bay frontage, likely dating back to early origins. The exterior features painted render, probably over brick, with rusticated quoins. The roof is not visible from the street. The shopfront is positioned to the right and includes a two-pane window with a plain stallriser and a cornice supported by heavy brackets. The entrance consists of a panelled and part-glazed door with an overlight. Each floor above has an eight over eight pane sash window with a stone cill. The building is topped with a plain coped parapet. The rear elevation has not been seen. The interior was not available for inspection during the resurvey, except for the shop premises.
