Description
17 Church Street is a three-storey building with a rendered and painted front, likely over brick, and the roof is not visible from the street. The building has a double depth plan and features three windows. On the ground floor, there is a house doorway on the left with a panelled door that has two glazed panels and an overlight. The ground floor also includes a double shopfront with a recessed central door, a plain stall-riser, and a fascia. Above, there are plain plate glass sashes, all with stone cills. The building is topped with a plain coped parapet. The rear elevation was not seen during the survey. The interior was not available for inspection at the time of the resurvey, except for the shop premises.
