Description

26 Lion Street is a two-storey building with an attic, featuring a central entry plan. The exterior is cement rendered and painted, topped with a natural slate roof and brick stacks. The façade has three windows and a pedimented doorway that contains a six-panel door. All windows are 8 over 8 pane sashes. The building has a moulded eaves cornice and a moderately pitched roof, which includes a single dormer on the right side with a two-light casement. It retains its likely original spiked wrought iron railing with dog-bars. The rear elevation has not been inspected, and the interior was not examined during the resurvey.
