Description
13 Cross Street is a two-storey building with an attic, featuring a rendered and painted front that is framed by quoin pilasters and a pediment. It has a natural slate roof and a double depth central entry plan. The façade includes two windows, with the shopfront displaying windows on either side of a central door, topped by a deep fascia. On the first floor, there are 6 over 6 pane sash windows set in moulded architraves. The pediment is adorned with dentils and features an arched lunette window with Gothic style glazing. The roof has a plain low pitch and a stack on the right-hand wall. The rear elevation has not been inspected. The interior was not seen during the resurvey, but the ground floor has been altered in the 20th century.
