Description
Tinto House is a 2-storey building featuring a front with three plus one windows, finished in scribed render and accented by a plinth and a central pedimented cross gable that includes an 8-pane circular attic window. The steep slate roof is complemented by stock brick end chimney stacks and dentil eaves. The first floor has 4-pane windows with window box holders, although there is a blocked window on the left side. The ground floor showcases a tripartite arrangement flanking an open pedimented doorcase, which is adorned with a dentil cornice and ornamented, fluted pilasters. The doorcase has panelled reveals and a 6-panel door beneath a traceried fanlight. Additionally, there are boarded double doors under a cambered arch leading to a cross passage on the left side. The interiors have not been seen.
