Description
Highcroft is a two-storey building featuring rendered elevations and a hipped slate roof with boarded eaves and stock brick chimney stacks. The front has three windows, rusticated quoins, and a plinth, with stone lintels and cornices above the ground floor windows. There is a central blind roundel. The first floor has 12-pane sash windows, while the ground floor features tripartite small pane sashes. The entrance consists of panelled double doors flanked by side lights and an over-light.
On the right side, there are two windows with similar detailing, including 12 and 16-pane sashes and a small pane French window. The left side has three storeys with similar features, including camber-headed windows on the lower floor. At the rear, a two-window cross range projects, featuring a hooded doorway. The rear also displays similar detailing with twin gables, an attached rubble outhouse, and a greenhouse, along with a red brick lean-to at the centre.
Inside, the building retains a contemporary fireplace and doors. The staircase features 'S' shaped tread ends and a turned newel.
