Description
28 Lion Street is a low, two-storey building with two windows, dating from the 18th century. The building is double-depth, with a central entrance that is positioned off-centre. It is rendered and painted, with a natural slate roof and brick stacks. A 20th-century pediment/hood shelters the 6-panel front door. All windows are 8 over 8 pane sash windows. The roof is moderately pitched with a single tall stack to the right gable. The property retains its probably original gate and spiked wrought iron railing with dog-bars. The rear elevation has not been inspected. The interior was not inspected during the most recent survey.
