Description

14 St. James' Street is a two-storey, two-window building, likely dating from the 18th century. It has a double-depth plan with the main entrance on the right side. The front is finished with roughcast and painted surfaces, and the roof is covered with red tiles, replacing earlier slate tiles. The windows are tall, with twelve panes over six panes, and have stone sills. A six-panel door is accessed via a fanlight with a radiating pattern. A tall brick chimney is centrally positioned on the roof. The rear elevation was not visible during inspection, and no other noteworthy features were observed.
