Description
3 Cross Street is a three-storey building with a rendered and painted exterior, topped by a Welsh slate roof and a rendered chimney stack. The building has a double depth plan with the entrance located on the right side. The front facade features two windows, with the ground floor showcasing a late 20th-century shop front that includes a plate glass display window and a continuous fascia. On the first floor, there are six over six pane sash windows, and a plat band separates the first and second floors. The second floor also has six over six pane sash windows, matching those below. The eaves are deep and project on paired brackets, and the roof has a plain low pitch with a stack located at the right ridge. The rear elevation has not been inspected. The interior was not inspected during the resurvey, except for the ground floor, which contains few historic features.
