Description

70 Frogmore Street is a three-storey building with a smooth rendered and painted front and a Welsh slate roof. It has a double depth plan and features two windows on the front facade. The modern shopfront includes a central pier and flanking display windows, with the entrance located in the left-hand window. The first floor has sash windows with eight panes over eight panes, while the second floor has sash windows with four panes over eight panes. The roof is plain with a low pitch, eaves supported on paired brackets, and a stack on the left gable. The rear elevation is both plain and altered. The interior was not fully examined during the resurvey, but the ground floor shows few visible historic features.
