Description
3 Nevill Street is a three-storey building with a double depth plan, dating from the late 20th century. The exterior is stuccoed and painted, featuring a natural slate roof and red brick stacks. The front has two windows and a band at the second floor level, with quoin pilasters. The shop front, likely from the late 20th century, includes a low panelled stall-riser, a deep fascia, and plain display windows on either side of the central door. The first floor has 8 over 8 pane sash windows with wrought iron flower grilles, while the second floor features smaller 8 over 8 pane sashes. The eaves are supported by paired brackets, and the roof has a low pitch with gable stacks. The rear elevation was not inspected. The interior was also not inspected during the resurvey, except for the ground floor shop, which has no visible historic features.
