Description

Painted brick with a natural slate roof. Double depth plan with a through carriageway on the left and house entrance centre right. Two storeys, four bays, On ground floor two windows with house door between and large plank double doors to left; these last in a broad segmental arch with plank doors. Round headed doorway with 6-fielded-panelled door and Gothic interlace fanlight. On first floor two windows in the housepart and a smaller one over the carriage arch. This may be a modern insertion since it is not mentioned in the previous list description. All windows have segmental arches, 6 over 6 pane sashes on the ground floor and 3 over 6 above; the one above the carriage arch is 3 over 3 pane. Plain roof of fairly steep pitch. Rear elevation plain and altered.

The interior is converted into modern offices.
