Description

6 St. Mary's Street is a three-storey building dating from the 18th century, constructed with a double depth plan. The front elevation is rendered and painted, topped by a Welsh slate roof. It has three windows across the front, with a paired sash window to the left-hand side on the ground floor featuring 2 over 2 pane sashes, central two-part glazed doors, and a single 6 over 6 pane sash window to the right. The first floor has 2 over 2 pane sashes on the left, and a 6 over 6 pane sash on the right. The upper floor features two 2 + 2 pane casements to the left and a 20th-century steel casement to the right. A modestly pitched roof is punctuated by brick gable stacks. The rear elevation was not visible during the resurvey. The interior was not inspected.
