Description
1 Old Dixton Road is a two-storey building with an attic, featuring a rendered and painted front, likely over rubble stone, and a Welsh slate roof. The layout is a double depth plan with the entrance located on the right side. The ground floor includes a replacement sash window with 8 over 8 panes and a door on the right that has an attached casement window and a panelled corniced architrave, which suggests it was once a small shopfront. On the left side of the first floor, there are two sash windows with 6 over 6 panes, along with a modern window on the right. The roof is plain and has three flat-topped casement dormers with 2 + 2 panes, and there is a rendered stack on the left gable. The rear elevation has not been seen. The interior was not observed during the resurvey.
