Description

35 Whitecross Street is a two-storey building with an attic, featuring a rendered and painted exterior and a Welsh slate roof. It has a double depth plan with the entrance located on the right side. The ground floor includes paired 2 over 2 pane sash windows and an entrance set within a lean-to porch. On the first floor, there is an 8 + 8 pane casement window. The plain roof is designed around the external stack of the adjacent building at No. 37, and there is a gabled dormer with an 8 + 8 pane casement. The rear elevation has not been observed. The interior was not seen during the resurvey.
