Description

31 Castle Street is a building with a roughcast and painted exterior, likely over rubblestone, and features a Welsh slate roof. It has a double depth off-centre entry plan and stands one-and-a-half storeys tall with two windows. The entrance consists of a panelled door, which is flanked by a small 2 + 2 pane casement window on the left and a 3 over 6 pane sash window on the right. The upper floor includes an eaves gable on the left with 2 + 2 pane casements, and a modern dormer on the right with another 2 + 2 casement. The roof is steeply pitched and has a shared stack on the left gable. The rear elevation has not been inspected, and the interior was also not inspected during the resurvey.
