Description

This is a wrought iron pedestrian gate located between number 43 and The Old Stables, serving Castle Green House. The gate features a pointed overthrow adorned with wrought iron scrolls and an urn finial. It has closely set dog-bars, a band of circles on the mid-rail, and spear finials above ramped top rails that meet at a central wrought iron scrolled finial. Additionally, there is wrought iron scroll decoration on the centre bar, and it is set on a slate step.
