Description
The Cardigan & Tivyside Advertiser is a house that has been converted into a newspaper office. It features a roughcast front, an imitation slate roof, and a red brick stack at the west end. The building is two storeys high with a three-window front, bracketed eaves, and a raised plinth. On the upper floor, there are three 12-pane sash windows, while the lower floor has two larger sashes that have likely been altered, both with marginal glazing bars. The central entrance consists of a six-panel door with a traceried overlight, set within a doorcase that has reeded piers and small brackets supporting a shallow hood.
Behind the main building, there is a long range of two-storey outbuildings that have been colour-washed. The taller section features a one-window range of 12-pane sashes and has a stack at the south end. This is followed by a two-window range of 12-pane sashes with a stone end stack. There is also a single-storey outbuilding located further back.
