Description
9 St Marys Street is a house constructed with roughcast and features a slate roof along with brick end stacks. It is three stories high and has a five-window range, with paired brackets supporting the eaves cornice. The windows have painted slate sills. On the second floor, there are three 6-pane sash windows, while the first floor has five plate glass sash windows. The ground floor includes windows with sills positioned near the ground level, featuring two 9-pane sashes on the left, two longer 12-pane sashes on the right, and a 20th-century door in the center. The west end wall has one similar window on the first floor and another similar window on the second floor. The east end wall includes a stack at the northeast corner. At the rear, there is a tall roughcast wing on the northwest side, which also has a brick end stack.
