Description
This building is part of Clare's and is a three-storey structure with a classical front featuring three bays. The exterior is finished with smooth, painted render. It has a parapet adorned with Art Deco detailing and an entablature. Roman Doric pilasters are present at the ends, with half columns in the center. The top floor has modern glazing, while the first floor features a central window with a segmental pediment and modern glazing as well. On the ground floor, there are early 20th-century plate glass display windows that frame a deep lobby, and the doors are designed with Art Deco detailing. Additionally, there is a verandah supported by tall iron columns.
