Description

This is a three-storey building located at 93 Mostyn Street, featuring a two-bay front elevation and a slate gabled roof with an eaves cornice. The exterior is stuccoed with quoins. On the second floor, there are two 12-pane sash windows with stuccoed architraves. The first floor has two canted three-light bay windows. The ground floor includes a plate glass shop front, complemented by a cast-iron verandah that spans three bays, supported by twisted columns. The verandah features spandrils with a flower and leaf pattern, and above the central bay, there is an iron advertisement board frame adorned with cresting, iron scrolls, and angle finials.
