Description
This building, located at 76 Mostyn Street, is a shop that features two storeys plus an attic. The façade has a slate roof and a stucco front, with two gabled dormers in the attic that have sash glazing, along with a later central dormer that has a flat roof. The building has a cornice with toothing and a continuous stringcourse on the second floor that rises above the second-floor windows to create square-headed dripstones, forming a triangular shape beside the windows. On the second floor, there are two square-headed sash windows with quoined architraves, with a slightly larger sash window in between. The first floor features a segmental-headed sash window with a cornice and flanking columns on the right side, while the left side has a canted three-light bay window with segmental-headed lights, flanking columns, and a toothed cornice. The ground floor has a modern shopfront.
