Description
This is a three-storey building from the mid to late 19th century, featuring a front elevation with two bays. The exterior is stuccoed and includes a cornice with a blocking course. On the second floor, there are two sash windows, each three panes wide, set in plain reveals. The first floor has a wide rectangular bay window that was added later. The ground floor has a modern shop front with mosaic cladding. The building is listed primarily for its cast-iron veranda, which dates from around 1907. The veranda has two bays and is supported by twisted iron columns with capitals and bulbous bases, along with spandrils that feature ornately worked iron bands above. An iron name bracket extends from the centre column.
