Description

107 Mostyn Street is a three-storey building from the 19th century, featuring a stuccoed front elevation with a parapet and three bays. The second floor has sash windows with stuccoed architraves and a band at window head level. On the first floor, there is a large rectangular bay window. The ground floor has a modern plate glass shop front. A late 19th to early 20th century cast-iron veranda spans two bays and has a lean-to roof, supported by slender fluted columns with caps and iron spandrels.
