Description

This is a mid-19th century building on the south side of High Street. It is a three-storey building with a stucco finish and two windows. The ground floor features a pilastered shop front with an oversailing fascia. The upper floors have glazing bar sash windows; the first floor has windows with 3 x 4 panes, and the second floor has windows with 3 x 2 panes, all set within stucco architraves. A band runs above the first-floor windows. The building has a moulded cornice with a heavy cyma reversa detail and a parapet. The entrance has flush-panelled reveals and a rectangular fanlight.
