Description

The property at 6 High Street dates to the mid-19th century. It is a three-storey building with a stucco exterior. A high parapet, divided into three panels, conceals the roof. A moulded eaves cornice and flanking pilasters decorate the first and second floors, incorporating swag moulding. There are three sash windows. The ground floor has a modern shop front. The second-floor windows are set within moulded architraves and have aprons below. The first-floor windows are taller, featuring keystones and pediments supported on console brackets. All windows have glazing bars only in the upper halves.
