Description

109 Mostyn Street is a three-storey building from the 19th century, featuring a stuccoed front elevation divided into three bays. It has a crowning cornice and a blocking course. The windows are modern and imitate sash windows but lack glazing bars. The ground floor includes a plate glass shop front. There is a late 19th to early 20th century cast-iron veranda that spans two bays, with a lean-to roof supported by twisted columns, which have capitals and spandrels.
