Description
Nos 86-94 Mostyn Street, including the clock attached to the front wall of No 86, is a three-storey building with an attic, featuring a slate mansard roof and stucco exterior. It has two gabled dormers, each fitted with segmental-headed sash windows. The eaves cornice is adorned with dentils and a panelled band, and quoins are present on Nos 86 and 94. On the second floor, there are two sash windows, each framed with shaped stuccoed architraves and keystones. The first floor, with the exception of No 88, features two three-light canted bay windows, each supported by pilasters, with three-centred heads for the central lights and rounded heads for the side lights. The ground floor includes a shop front, and an ornate wrought-iron bracket on the upper wall of No 86 supports a circular clock with two faces.
