Description
Nos 25 to 33 (odd numbers) Mostyn Street in Llandudno are two shops with accommodation above, built in the 19th century. The buildings are three storeys tall with an attic and feature stucco exteriors. Each shop has a front elevation with two windows and a slate gabled roof with an eaves cornice.
The upper floors have a three-light segmental headed window with sash glazing on the left and a single-light segmental headed window on the right. On the first floors, the left side features a semi-circular five-light bay window, while the right side has a paired sash window with an architrave and cornice.
A late 19th to early 20th century cast-iron veranda is present, supported by plain columns with ornate capitals and spandrils. The veranda has a corrugated lean-to roof, and one of the columns is inscribed with the name of the founder.
Nos 25 and 27 have identical upper floors, although No 25 lacks modillions on the cornice.
