Description
33 Mostyn Street is a building that houses two shops with accommodation above. It is three storeys tall with an attic and features a stucco exterior. The front elevation has two windows. The roof is slate and gabled, with an eaves cornice. Each shop has two segmental-headed dormers with sash glazing. On the upper floors, there is a three-light segmental-headed window with sash glazing on the left and a single-light segmental-headed window on the right. On the first floor, the left side has a semi-circular five-light bay window, while the right side has a paired sash window with an architrave and cornice. There is a cast-iron veranda dating from the late 19th to early 20th century. The veranda features a plain column and ornate capitals on the right, but shares a simpler post with the adjacent building on the left, which is not listed. Behind the veranda, there is a lean-to roof obscured by a modern advertisement board.
