Description

27 Mostyn Street is part of a row of two shops with accommodation above, located in Llandudno. The building dates from the late 19th century to early 20th century and features three storeys and an attic, with a stucco finish. The front elevation consists of two windows. It has a slate gabled roof and an eaves cornice. Each shop has two segmental-headed dormers with sash glazing. On the upper floors, there is a three-light segmental-headed window with sash glazing on the left and a single-light segmental-headed window on the right. On the first floor, the left side features a semi-circular five-light bay window, while the right side has paired sash windows with an architrave and cornice. Additionally, there is a cast-iron veranda dating from the late 19th century to early 20th century. The upper floors of Nos 25 and 27 are identical.
