Description
29 Mostyn Street is a building that includes two shops with accommodation above, dating from the late 19th to early 20th century. It stands three storeys tall with an attic, featuring a stucco exterior and a front elevation with two windows. The building has a slate gabled roof and an eaves cornice.
Each side of the upper floors includes a three-light segmental headed window with sash glazing on the left and a single-light segmental headed window on the right. On the first floor, there is a semi-circular five-light bay window on the left and a paired sash window with an architrave and cornice on the right.
Additionally, there is a cast-iron veranda from the late 19th to early 20th century, supported by plain columns with ornate capitals. The veranda features a lean-to roof, which is currently obscured by a modern advertisement board.
