Description
Nos 21 and 23 Mostyn Street in Llandudno is a three-storey building with an attic and five bays, featuring a central bay with narrower windows. The exterior is clad in stucco and is topped with a balustraded parapet adorned with urn finials and a cornice. There is a verandah dating from the late 19th to early 20th century, which consists of six bays and has a modern corrugated roof. The verandah is supported by plain circular columns with panelled bases and bead moulding, while the capitals feature ornate iron spandrils with a flower motif and a band with a Greek key course extending between each pair of spandrils.
The building has a pyramidal slate roof with a gabled dormer and a two-window front. On the top floor, there are two casement windows, and on the first floor, there are two canted bay windows.
