Description
Nos 21 and 23 Mostyn Street in Llandudno is a three-storey building with an attic and five bays, featuring a centre bay with narrower windows. The exterior is clad in stucco and is topped with a balustraded parapet adorned with urn finials and a cornice. There is a verandah dating from the late 19th to early 20th century, which consists of six bays and has a modern corrugated roof. The verandah is supported by plain circular columns with panelled bases that have bead moulding, and the capitals feature ornate iron spandrils with a flower motif, along with a band that has a Greek key course at its base extending between each pair of spandrils.
The building has a gabled roof with three dormers and a three-window front, with the right bay being narrower. On the top floor, there are three casement windows. The first floor features two canted bay windows with curvilinear parapets and a single light window to the right.
