Description
1 Gloddaeth Street in Llandudno consists of three shops with living accommodation above, built in the 19th century. The building has three storeys and an attic, featuring a stucco exterior and a slate mansard roof. Each shop has two windows on the front elevation, with two gabled dormers that include segmental headed sashes. The eaves cornice is adorned with dentils and a panelled frieze band, and the corners of the building are accentuated with quoins.
On the second floor, there are two sash windows, each framed with shaped stuccoed architraves and keystones. The first floor features two three-light canted bay windows with pilasters for each shop. The ground floor has modern plate glass shop fronts and a contemporary verandah supported by steel posts.
The building retains a round-headed doorway with a moulded archivolt, keystone, and pilasters, along with a half-glazed four-panelled door.
