Nos 86-94 (even numbers) Mostyn Street, including a clock attached to the front wall of No 86, is a three-storey building with an attic, featuring a slate mansard roof and stucco exterior. It has two gabled dormers, each with segmental headed sash windows. The eaves cornice is adorned with dentils and a panelled band, and Nos 86 and 94 have quoins. On the first floor, except for No 88, each building has two three-light canted bay windows with pilasters, featuring three-centred heads for the centre lights and rounded heads for the side lights.
