Description
Nos 86-94 (even numbers) Mostyn Street, which includes a clock attached to the front wall of No 86, is a three-storey building with an attic. It features a slate mansard roof and is constructed of stucco. The building has two gabled dormers, each with segmental-headed sash windows. There is an eaves cornice adorned with dentils and a panelled band, along with quoins at Nos 86 and 94. On the second floor, there are two sash windows, each framed by shaped stuccoed architraves and keystones. The first floor has two three-light canted bay windows for each building, except for No 88, which are supported by pilasters and feature three-centred heads for the centre lights and rounded heads for the side lights. The ground floor includes a plate glass shop front.
