Description

Nos 86-94 (even nos) Mostyn Street including clock attached to front wall of No 86

Three storeys and attic. Slate mansard roof. Stucco. Two gabled dormers each with segmental headed sashes. Eaves cornice with dentils and panelled band; quoins to Nos 86 and 94. On second floor, two sash windows each with shaped stuccoed architraves and keystone; on first floor, except for No 88, two three-light canted bay windows with pilasters to each building with three-centred heads to centre lights and rounded heads to side lights.

Nos 88 & 90 are now one shop, No 88 has, on first floor, wide rectangular bay window with rounded heads to lights; common ground floor composition with unified space behind comprising two plate glass shop windows and wide centre doorway; canopy over.

Have rear room with ceiling with large elliptical opening, iron balustrade, thin iron columns, glass dome in upper floor reached by stairs to rear framed by classicising piers.
