Description
This building at 82 Mostyn Street is a two-storey shop with an attic, featuring a two-window front. It has a slate roof and a scribed stucco exterior. The attic includes two gabled dormers, each with paired sash windows. A continuous stringcourse runs along the second floor, rising above the windows to create square-headed dripstones. On the second floor, there are two square-headed windows, each with paired sashes and quoined architraves. The first floor has a segmental-headed sash window with a shallow cornice on the right side, while the left side features a canted three-light bay window with a pavilion roof. The ground floor has a modern steel verandah covering a modern shopfront.
