Description
No. 5 Trevor Street, along with No. 4 (Ty Isa), is an attached pair of two-storey houses located in Llandudno. The buildings are pebbledashed and feature slate roofs with rendered chimney stacks. Each house has a front elevation consisting of two window bays and a door bay, with four-pane sash windows.
The central door is modern, with a window on each side on both floors. There is a lean-to wing on the left side. The forecourt is enclosed by a stone rubble wall that has been repaired with brick and finished with pebble-dash cladding. The wall for No. 5 continues as far as No. 5 Ty-Isa Road, enclosing the rear garden.
