Description
Nos. 45 and 47 Lon Isa are a pair of semi-detached houses built in the Rhiwbina Type 8a style. They are two storeys tall and feature a roughcast render that has been painted. The houses have hipped slate roofs with brick chimneys located at the centre and ends. The front of the houses has four windows, with the end bays slightly advanced and also having hipped roofs. No. 45 has replacement glazing, while No. 47 has a first-floor left bay that contains tripartite sashes with 12-pane windows, flanked by narrow sashes. The other windows in No. 47 are 16-pane sashes. The doorways are located in the end walls and are covered by flat hoods, with a small-pane sash window on the upper floor.
