Description

Nos. 21 and 23 Lon Isa are a pair of semi-detached houses built in the Rhiwbina Type 8 style. They are two storeys high and feature roughcast render that has been painted. There is a band course at the upper floor sill level. The houses have hipped slate roofs with brick chimneys located at the centre and ends. The front facade has four windows, with the end bays slightly advanced and topped with hipped roofs. The windows are 16-pane sashes, and the doorways are located in the end walls, with No. 23 having a lean-to porch. On the upper floor, there are two small-pane sashes.
