Description

Nos. 29 and 31 Lon Isa are a pair of semi-detached houses built in the Rhiwbina Type 8a style. They are two storeys high and feature roughcast render that has been painted. The houses have hipped slate roofs and brick chimneys located at the centre and ends. The front of the houses has four windows, with the end bays being advanced and topped with hipped roofs. The outer bays on the first floor contain tripartite sashes with 12-pane windows, which are flanked by narrow sashes, while the other windows are 16-pane sashes. The doorways are situated in the end walls and are covered by flat hoods, with a small-pane sash window located on the upper floor.
