Description
Nos. 30 and 32 Lon Isa are a pair of semi-detached houses built in the 20th century, specifically designed in the Rhiwbina Type 12 style. The houses are two storeys tall and constructed of brown brick, topped with hipped slate roofs and featuring a central brick chimney. The design includes an advanced two-window central gabled bay, which showcases original 16-pane sash windows with tile voussoirs. In the outer bays, there are small square windows located at the eaves. On the ground floor, No. 30 has a hipped slate lean-to roof in the angle, while No. 32 features a door situated under a flat hood.
