Description

Pair of semi-detached houses (Rhiwbina Type 12). Two storeys. Roughcast render, painted. Hipped slate roofs, central brick chimney. Advanced 2-window central bay with hipped roof; original 16-pane sash windows here at No. 40, but replacement glazing at No. 38. In outer bays, small square window at eaves. On ground floor, No. 38 has original half-glazed door under fllat hood; No. 40 has modern porch with flat roof.
