Description

Nos. 38 and 40 Lon Isa are a pair of semi-detached houses, classified as Rhiwbina Type 12, built in two storeys. They feature roughcast render that is painted, with hipped slate roofs and a central brick chimney. The central bay is advanced and has a hipped roof, with original 16-pane sash windows at No. 40, while No. 38 has replacement glazing. In the outer bays, there are small square windows located at the eaves. On the ground floor, No. 38 has an original half-glazed door beneath a flat hood, whereas No. 40 has a modern porch with a flat roof.
