Description

Pair of semi-detached houses (Rhiwbina Type 8a). Two storeys. Roughcast render (painted). Hipped slate roofs, brick chimney to centre and ends. Four window front, end bays advanced with hipped roofs. Replacement glazing to No. 53. In No. 55 L bay on first floor has tripartite sashes with 12-pane windows flanked by narrow sashes; other windows are 16-pane sashes. Doorways in end walls beneath flat hoods, small-pane sash on upper floor.
