Description

Pair of Semi-detached houses (Rhiwbina Type 1). Two storeys. Roughcast render, painted; band at first floor sill level; hipped slate roof, central brick chimney, and tall brick stacks also to ends. Replacement glazing to No. 49. Pair has 4-window front. No. 51 has, to R, on each floor, tripartite small-pane sash window with central 12-pane sash flanked by narrow sashes. To L, 16-pane sash windows above, on ground floor, splayed bay window with small-pane sash window to each face. No.49 mirrors this but with modern glazing. Entrances are in sides, with doorway under flat hood; pair of windows towards rear on upper floor.
