Description

Ty Isa, comprising two attached houses at Nos 4 and 5 Trevor Street, Llandudno, dates to an unknown period. The houses are two storeys high and have pebbledashed exterior walls. They have slate roofs and rendered chimney stacks. Each house has a front elevation featuring two window bays and a door bay, with four-pane sash windows. A forecourt wall, constructed of stone rubble and partially repaired with brick, has been rendered with pebble-dash.
